When your appointment time is over, you will not be sent on your way with a bottle of pills and a handout, feeling overwhelmed and confused by the information presented to you. By leveraging technology, we provide you with the tools and strategies you need to care for your pet. You will have access to education and communication, which provides accountability and improves outcomes for our patients.

OUR PROCESS

01

Submit a new client form. We will review and reach out to get more information or schedule your in-home visit and consultation. We want to make sure we are a good fit for you and your pet.

At the scheduled appointment time, we will visit your pet in your home. The first part of the appointment will be for allowing your pet to get comfortable with the veterinary staff and to get a detailed history.

Then a comprehensive physical exam will be performed. We bring a scale to get weights and vitals. At this visit we will determine plan of care based on the needs of you and your pet

After the exam we will determine a plan of care based on the needs of you and your pet.
